Purpose and acceptance
PetBrief helps you organize and share pet care instructions. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Personal-use license
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PetBrief on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store rules. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
Your information and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of information entered into PetBrief. Review every guide before relying on or sharing it. Share home-access, contact, and care information only with people and services you trust.
You are also responsible for keeping your device, exported files, printed guides, and encryption credentials secure. PetBrief cannot control copies once they leave the app.
Not veterinary or emergency advice
Always follow instructions from a qualified veterinarian. For a suspected emergency, contact a veterinarian, animal poison service, or local emergency provider immediately. Do not rely on PetBrief as the only source of urgent care information.
Availability and warranty
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. PetBrief does not provide cloud backup; local information may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is erased, or storage fails.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PetBrief’s developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, inaccurate or outdated instructions, device or storage failure, or information shared with another person or service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised. You may stop using PetBrief at any time and can delete local data from Settings before removing the app.
